Porsche has recalled a total of 438 examples of the 2019 to 2021 Taycan – including the new Taycan Cross – due to a potential issue with the vehicle’s software.
According to a notice published by the Department of Infrastructure, software related to the power electronics unit could cause a fault, resulting in the electric vehicle "not performing as expected".
The fault may also lead to a complete loss of power.
