Infiniti unveils Q30 concept

It might be five weeks away, but car companies are already starting to tease their concepts for the Frankfurt Motor Show.

First cab off the rank is this – the new Infiniti Q30.

The Japanese brand’s hugely important foray into the compact luxury sector, think of it as a competitor for the BMW 1 Series and Audi A3.

To be built in the UK, it’ll share Mercedes-Benz’s front-wheel-drive architecture and is also the first Infinti to have been influenced from the ground up by the brand’s Director of Performance – F1 superstar Sebastian Vettel.
