Leaked pictures of an uncamoflagued ‘BMW Concept M5’ have emerged on the internet, revealing Munich’s long-awaited F10M M5 sedan.
The concept’s design features a more prominent shark-nose to give the car’s face a more aggressive look than the rest of the 5-Series range, while the lower front splitter is much chunkier and features large air intakes at either side.
The wheel guards and aero treatment isn’t over-the-top, ensuring the M5 still fits its ‘executive express’ moniker. But the huge charcoal alloys and overall proportions of the car leave you in no doubt as to what it might be capable of.
And good authority suggests the peak power output of the 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 will be nudging 450kW, and mated to a seven-speed twin-clutch gearbox.
