About the Ford Puma
The Ford Puma is a crossover vehicle introduced to the Australian market in 2020. This European-sourced hatch-SUV replaced the Indian-built EcoSport.
Based on the Fiesta city car platform, Ford’s smallest SUV is available in three trim grades: base, ST-Line and ST-Line V.
Each is powered by a 92kW 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, with power sent to the front wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch auto. ST-Line Puma models feature a sportier suspension tune.
The Ford Puma is compact in size yet features a clever, versatile boot with an underfloor tub and a total capacity of 410 litres.
Ford Australia has so far continued to resist importing a sportier and more powerful Ford Puma ST variant offered in Europe.
