About the Honda Civic
The Honda Civic small hatchback is Honda’s longest continuously produced model and was introduced in 1972, with 11 generations plotting a path to the contemporary version.
Introduced in 2022, the most recent Honda Civic has grown into the mid-size segment and has evolved into more of a liftback style. It also took a significant set up in quality, driving dynamics, refinement and features along with a corresponding significant jump in pricing.
It’s offered as an entry automatic 1.5-litre turbo petrol, a mid-range 2.0-litre petrol/electric hybrid is also front-wheel drive and automatic, while the flagship Type R has a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol coupled to manual transmission and front-wheel drive.
