Founded in 1989 as a secret project codenamed F1 (Flagship One) to develop the world’s best luxury car, Lexus is the luxury vehicle division of Japanese carmaker Toyota.
Lexus cars have gained popularity in Australia competing against high-performing European counterparts with models like their best-selling NX and RX SUVs. Similarly, the brand has shown luxury in performance with its flagship luxury coupe/convertible the LC500.
