RAW SOUND: Mercedes-AMG C63 exhaust noise

There's plenty the previous C63 AMG was known to be brilliant for.

One of its most famous attributes was its hellacious exhaust note. Sounding like a thunderstorm announcing itself through a didgeridoo, the naturally aspirated M156 engine earned itself reputation as one of the great muscle car sounds.

Not much has changed with the new Mercedes-AMG C63. Despite welcoming two turbochargers, the new M178 engine still gets your neck hairs on end, and you can enjoy it for yourself in the quick clip above.
