The 2022 Bathurst 1000 is just around the corner, set to take place this weekend from Thursday October 6 to Sunday October 9.

This year’s Bathurst 1000 will be covered both on free-to-air television, and through paid services such as Foxtel and Kayo – with a dedicated Fox Sports 503 channel running until October 10.

The main race will commence from 11:15am on Sunday, running until around 6:00pm.

On-track action commences with practise on Thursday, qualifying on Friday, the Top 10 Shootout on Saturday, and the big race on Sunday.

Where to watch

Free-to-air coverage of this year’s Bathurst 1000 comes from Channel Seven, with live, free broadcasting commencing from 10:00am, Friday October 7, on Channel 7, 7mate and 7plus.

Seven’s Saturday coverage also commences from 10:00am and will include the two practise sessions plus the Top 10 Shootout.

Channel Seven’s Sunday broadcast opens ahead of morning Warm Up at 7:30am, with main event coverage firing up from 10:30am.

Those with Foxtel subscriptions gain access to a dedicated Fox Sports channel providing coverage on Channel 503. Kayo Sports customers can also stream proceedings live.
