The future of Lotus

After countless special edition releases of the Exige, British sports carmaker Lotus is set for a massive model makeover in the coming years.

Headlining the range will be the much-hyped Esprit, packing a supercharged 5.0 litre V8 engine, developing around 462kW.

And to keep the supercar enthusiasts eager, Lotus has releases a handful of new images and video of its upcoming Esprit and Elite models.

The manufacturer has also confirmed that it expects to price the new Esprit at around AU$170,000 when it launches in Europe next year.
