One man’s redefined hay-hauling after hitching a trailer to his 2002 Lamborghini Murcielago and taking to Sydney streets.
Captured by bewildered motorists in Liverpool on video, the grey supercar was seen towing a trailer loaded with a hay bale and two goats.
The scene first went viral via a photo shared on social media some months ago. Understandably, though, it was met with widespread suspicion.
Australia’s a vast country filled by relatively few. So we’re not averse to fast, cargo carriers. After all, we’ve cooked up a 430kW rear-drive ute.
But seeing one of Sant’agata’s bygone supercars roll up its sleeves for this kind of work asks more questions than it answers. Goat-raising, we thought, wouldn’t be popular among Lamborghini owners.
Sceptics can’t argue with this footage, however. And goat skin does make fine leather.
