An essential piece of kit for anyone who heads bush with a camper trailer or caravan in tow, towing mirrors increase visibility for the driver and ease maneuverability. With many different types of towing mirrors on the market, there's bound to be a mirror that suits every Ranger owner - we're here to help you pick the right one.

Here are two products we recommend. We’ll add more as they become available.

What it is: Towing mirrors replace the stock mirrors, are larger, and can be adjusted for width so you can use them with wider caravans. There are generic clip-on mirrors which we haven’t listed here, only replacement tow mirrors specific to the Ranger.

Why you need it: To stay legal and safe, as otherwise you’ll have dangerous blind spots when towing wide trailers.

Buying tips: You can buy cheaper clip-on mirrors, but they’re not as good as replacement mirrors; they’ll bounce, potentially fall off, can be forgotten or stolen.

Ford Australia/Clearview licencing agreement

Ford Australia has a licencing agreement with Clearview. Order Clearview mirrors when you order your Next-Gen Ranger, and they’ll be covered by Ford’s 5-year warranty. So if you have a warranty issue, there’s no grey areas about which company’s responsible.

If you order Clearview accessories after purchase (through a Ford dealer), they’ll be covered by the remainder of the warranty period.
